South Beach Coaching LLC kindly requests a 24-hour cancelation policy. In the event of a cancelation within 24 hours, session is charged to client.

The first session will be a brief consultation where will chat and get to know each other, then you’ll be put through a light, modified workout so Sean can assess where you’re at and you can get a feel for how he works with his runners. Sessions typically last about an hour.
